How Make Arshkuthar Ras
- Pulverize all the medicinal herbs and then add pure Guggulu, Shuddh Gandhak, Loha Bhasma, Tamra Bhasma, Mica Bhasma and grind these mortars.
- Now put this powder in an iron pan and add Snuhi ksheer 31 paal and cow urine 32 paal and cook on low flame.
