How Make Arshkuthar Ras

  1. Pulverize all the medicinal herbs and then add pure Guggulu, Shuddh Gandhak, Loha Bhasma, Tamra Bhasma, Mica Bhasma and grind these mortars.
  2. Now put this powder in an iron pan and add Snuhi ksheer 31 paal and cow urine 32 paal and cook on low flame.
  3. Keep cooking until it thickens, remove it from the flame, and let it cool down. After this, make 500 mug Arsh kuthar Ras into round balls.
